Most Items Ship Via Package Carrier (e.g. UPS | Fed-Ex | USPS)
For the convenience of our customers, our policy is to allow our Package Carriers to deliver your package(s) at your doorstep without signature. So all packages shown delivered will be considered "as delivered". If you wish to require signature, please notify us at time of order so we can arrange this shipping option. Although rare, some additional costs may apply.

Larger Items Ship LTL Freight Truck (e.g. Yellow Freight | ABF | Roadway)
These items are too large to be shipped via package carrier, therefore are shipped Residential Delivery Freight Truck. Although it is our policy to ship best way to residential areas, not all freight companies are accustomed to dealing with residential deliveries. It is required that all packages are inspected at time of delivery, prior to signing for the goods. If there are any concerns about freight damage, please be sure to take receipt of the items and note any and all damages on the freight bill at time of signature. Failure to do so could result in our inability to file a claim and is the responsibility of the recipient to inform the trucking company of these damages in order to get compensated or product replacement. Not all trucking companies have lift gates, so be sure to discuss with the freight company how the item will arrive prior to delivery. Failure to take receipt of the item(s) could result in additional costs that will be assesed to the customer. This includes storage fees, return freight costs and unrecoverable damages due to improper receiving procedures. |
